A fast paced environment is the only one we know.
Leading by example has always been the way with Rick since launching the company in 1998. With a focus on execution, Rick is expert at needs analysis and client relationships. As chief honcho, his primary role is new business development, but he never strays too far from the day-to-day client service, strategic planning, creative concepting and brand development.
Rick has been managing marketing and advertising initiatives for more than 25 years as well as holding sales management positions at WROR in Boston, The Miami Dolphins Radio Network (WIOD) and WFLC/WHQT. As a graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication, you'll never find Rick without something to say.
An ardent proponent of giving back to the community, Rick is on the Board of Directors of both The Greater Beverly Y and Beverly Main Streets.
Want some insight into me? Nothing…nothing is more important to me than my family. I've worked hard and been blessed with great parents, good health (‘cept for the knees…thanks Dad.) and some luck. Dee and I have built a couple of companies from the ground up that we are very proud of. But these would hold little relevance without the foundation and strength I get from my family.
No surprise to those who know me, I love to watch my son Ben play ball. Whether it is playing Keeper in soccer or Offensive Middie in lacrosse, I just enjoy watching him play.
I often get ribbed by friends and family who say I work too much. Here's a little hint: I don't consider it work. I love "the biz." Whether it is helping a client crystallize what their brand truly stands for or collaborating with another to figure out how to drive sales, it is enjoyable and challenging. But it is never "work."
